Guru Vani

• If aghor is state of mind, then what are these Himalayee and Girnaree schools of Aghoris?
Based upon geographical location and time etc. People have partitioned themselves, in Himalayee and Girnaree traditions. Mode of living also played an important role in this partition. There are indeed several ways to improve the mental status. It is not true that to happen. Irrespective of nationality and religion, when a person’s mind set reaches a point where hatred, then he attains to an Aghor state.
• Isn’t it true Aghor tradition is a minority?
Yes, we are a minority; however, you know that there is only one sun there are millions of stars, Pandavas were only five, where as kauravas were hundred; Rama had only one face whereas Ravana had ten. So, minority or majority is not an issue. It is the capacity which makes the difference. You will witness everything if you stay on right path. It is very simple. If you understand us, then the whole society will also understand us.
• Your Guru has decided to integrate the Aghor tradition in society. Does it mean that from now on, new Aghors will be hard to recognize because they will live in society like everybody else?
Yes, that is true. It will not be obvious to recognize them anymore. The only way people would know is by coming in close contact. Now the behaviour and not the appearance will tell that you are an Aughar. And that is where it will differ from the old style. If your behaviour is unacceptable, then no matter whose disciple you are, people won’t believe that and neither would they trust you. Earlier, people thought you are an Aughar just from your appearance and that created problems and confusion among people. That way this Guru - based tradition will continue.

mangaldhanram

· The person who has devoured time is known as a kapalik, one who calls home the skull of the sky, one who is the maker of the entire cosmos.
· That Kapaleshwar cannot be measured either by knowledge or by devotion; he just cannot be meansured. Knowing him depends entirely upon his grace.
· The plants and vegetation, the vines and the leaves of the ashram live in peace and happiness; waving their green petals, they express their immeasurable love for you. Look at this source of sweet joy in the form of God Kapaleshwar.
· All the devotees, gentle people, seekers who come to the ashram if you give the dust fallen from their feet to some sick, unhappy or mentally pained person by remembering god Kapaleshwar, then how happy and satisfied that person becomes!
· The fruits and flowers, the trees and vines the dirt and dust and everything else of the ashram come within the category of Kapaleshwar, within the category of shiva. This is what is known as the sacred dust, and glory of that dust.
· One who has heard the sweet voice of the Kapaleshwar has not even the smallest desire to hear or know of the music or poetry or sweet words of anyone else.
· When you get to know yourself, then you can understand the Kapaleshwar from up close, in the same way that nobody can actually see the life force but everyone still knows that the life force is present in the living being. Know him in the same way: he will be there only when you are there.
· He was. I asked, how were you? [He then replied:] here in the bowl of the sky, where the Kapaleshwar lives. In this same sky bowl. I used to live as a subtle soul.
· The sky and the earth: these two messengers of God kapalik are everywhere. They watch everyone’s good as well as bad actions. O kapalik! Face the situations that come before you with patience. One who battles the situations that arise in life is the best person. In the same way that exercise improves the body, and the mind improves by solving complex problems, so also facing difficult situations begets us the inner strength of the soul.
· O kapalik! Human beings come in this world with some specific purpose in hand. The work that really interests you is your real work. The path of your fate is made by the lines of your behaviour and conduct. If you have found your appropriate place, then devote all your mental and physical strength to make it successful. You will definitely achieve success.
· O sons of the sacred way! The indestructible that is within your soul is the sacred light of Maheshwar [Shiva], the kapalik of the sky. Your whole should be spent seeking an experience of this light.
· At the boundary of this ashram, next to the meeting hall, sitting atop the palm trees, I watched vultures talking amongst themselves today. Standing there, I listened to their conversation. I do not understand their language very well, but I do understand it a little bit from being close to them. Because they are associated with the cremation ground and dead bodies, and many of my actions are also associated with the dead body, the cremation ground, the creative energy and those vulture friends.
· One who keeps his mind carefully under control is known as a truly detached person, as Aughar aghoreshwar, as kaul –Kapaleshwar.

अघोर मुख mangaldhanram

Aghor Mukh (Teachings)
Among the five faces of lord Shiva one face is called Aghor. Aghor face is also known as Guru-Mukh. It is known from the old epics that fire and the lord Bishnu been originated from the Aghor face during the time of creation and lord Bishnu will merge in the same face at the end of the creation which is the rule of the nature. Shree Mahadeva Sadashiva for the welfare of the livingbeings takes birth time to time in the form Guru. This tradition known as Aghor, Aghoreshwar tradition been runned by lord Shiva himself. In the history of humanbeing from the time of creation there have been many great souls who has surrendered their life in this tradition and has achieved the Shivatwa(ultimate goal). This tradition does not belong to any one religion or a person because it the achievement of the knowledge. Today also there are many people involved in this tradition. The person who has adopted this tradition live a simple life not a complicated life. They practice higher thinking through out their life. Some of the parts of their teaching given by the present Aghor, Aghoreshwar been given below:-
The Sixteenth century’s great aghor saint Aghoracharya Maharaj Kinaramjee’s teachings:-
1. With discipline, the mind is stabilized and the world born out of illusion is annihilated. Such a mind remains stable and straight like a churning stick in the middle of the milk- pot.
2. What ever is seen (as the world appears) is not the truth; it is just like a mirage or dance of ghosts, that it all appears to be real but is not real.
3. An ignorant who does not know about gold, becomes happy just by the outer appearance of a bangle but the wise becomes happy not by the outer appearance, but by recognizing the gold that the bangle is made out of.
4. The cycle of birth and death is a creation of the mind. After knowing the atma (Self) this illusion is removed just as after finding out that the snake was really a rope, the fear is removed.
5. Pure Brahman (Consciousness) is like an ocean and the world is like the waves. As the waves keep appearing and disappearing in the ocean so does the world keep appearing and disappearing into Brahman. It has no independent existence of its own, it is all Brahman. Just as water appears in various forms as foam, bubble, a wave, a drop and dew etc. none the less it all is water, the Brahman also appears in various forms and names yet it is all the same, Brahman.

Nineteenth Century’s Reformest Aghor saint Aghoreshwar Bhagwan Ramjee’s teachings:-
1. People who keep an eye on their feet are aware of what is beneath them. They do not stumble on their paths. They regulate their whole body and system with ease.
2. To make an effort to become liberated. Such a person dwells in right knowledge, far from ignorance. He can be called neither a fool nor clever. The person who realizes that he is not in bondage does not need liberation.
3. A Sadguru is not found without the grace of the Supreme and who, except the Sadguru, will impart the right knowledge?
4. All the mental tendencies of realized beings subside. It is only for the sake of filling their allotted time that they continue to live in the world. If they were to leave, to whom would the ignorant, suffering ones run?
5. Although sensual pleasures seem to be pleasing in the beginning, they eventually become cause for suffering, like honey mixed with poison. Those very unfortunate ones who have not become established in the Self by detaching themselves from worldly pleasures don’t even ask themselves, "Who am I?"
6. The space within a pitcher merges with the space outside it when the pitcher is broken. It is the same with the human body; after the body is dead, the atma (consciousness) that permeates the space within the body is not destroyed but merges with the great consciousness.
7. If our guru is angry with us, is being indifferent to us, or is using harsh words towards us, then we should become attentive towards the causes for it. Behind this behavior of his exists only your welfare? He must be striving to protect you from possible troubles by chasing away your laziness, cowardice, worries and obstacles.
8. If a tiny blade of grass or a tiny grain of sand goes into our eyes, all the panoramic views that we see become invisible. We cannot see anything. We begin to close our eyes. When that tiny particle is removed, that great panoramic view becomes visible again.
9. When you become very polite and humble with your elders and respected ones, or with those who are lesser than you or neglected, don't you derive satisfaction? You do indeed. At times even firm words said to those dependent on you also provide satisfaction because even those words contain the feeling of their welfare. Love in the heart, and firm words on the tongue. You have unfathomable love in your heart. Only then must you be using firm words with your children, workers and dependents. You are under no obligation to say all this to someone you are not concerned about and you cannot if even say it.
10. What will we do with spiritual powers? Do we want to use them to chastise someone, or do something else with them? What else will we do? Do we build palaces, do we build kingdoms, and what will we do? No. Achieving those powers we should be able to help those beings who are in direct need of livelihood or those who are in complete darkness by every kind of sorrow and pain. And to provide that help, too, we need that grace, or we will not even be able to recognize these things (people in need).
11. Why get caught in the mud of disease, distress and attachments? In reality the atma has no relation to bodily sufferings; it is perceived as suffering only due to ignorance.

The Nineteenth-Twentyth century’s Aughad Saint Singh Sawak Ramjee’s teachings:-
1. Guru Bhagwan takes care of those people ,who has not got chance to serve him.The happy person with good character and simple behavior equally please the guru regarding the person in service.
2. The biggest weakness of the human being is to be effected by the external environment which does not last long .Good and the bad both are for the moment only. Therefore their is importance of being alone.
3. If the behavior of the society can be changed by the educated persons then it is almost impossible by the uneducated people.
4. The welfare and the improvement work is very far away which means there is need of such people who will only do the social work .
5. If you want stay in the society then you have to make the society suitable to your living otherwise the society will make you suffer and die.
6. God always gives you but never takes anything from you. Human beings are his inspiration in which he resides .
7. The work performed to the situation and programs are called to be done by yourself and the work when happened all of a sudden is said to be the God’s blessing but actually no works are performed without his wish.
8. The servant has to be with his master all the time. Thinking him the master of everything you can serve him faithfully. He has to feel the master’s sadness and the happiness as his own then only his service can be fruitful .He has to look after his master’s body as his own. The person who can do this will achieve the highest position.
9. Never imitate the way of living of others because this can not build your individual personality. The best is to learn by studying yourself daily which enables you to find the hidden treasure within your body and you will know the way to live in your self .
10. The god or the truth or it’s subject seems to be not interesting , not exciting because it’s form is only one and never changes so people are less attracted with it . The world and the nature keeps on changing so people loves them and they are drown in it’s attraction .
11. Do not run after god because he does not have any particular address . You be righteous then he will be behind you .
12. The education is one of the main part of the human life through which you will gain the energy which enables you to solve the problems. By the education the intellect is concentrated which is the unit of the cosmic power.
13. If you can relief and give peace to so many persons then their is no hesitation to take rebirth because even the god and goddesses have taken rebirth so many times for the peace of the world.
14. The man is not born bad but the situation and the environment are responsible to make him bad.
15. You can neither create nor destroy anything because everything is here before and after you , too.
16. The religion means a simple, honest behaviour.
17. If you get happiness and joy while moving towards your objectives of your life that means you have achieved your objective .
18. People die of thirsty and also by drowning in water so water has to be in right quantity in the same way ; our behavior also has to be always the same in all condition .
19. The person who thinks that he is in bondage needs liberation but their is no meaning of liberation for the person who is not in bondage.
20. If you become inactive then the situation and the environment can’t help you.
21. The good behaviour and a good character do not require any commands to follow.

The present Ascetic Aghor Saint Avadhoot MangalDhan Ram Babajee’s teachings:-

1. The Divine mother (power) created the Guru .The creation is the result of the determination of the Ma-Guru . Guru is that source of gravitational force by which all living beings are effected and equilibrium of the universe is maintained.
2. The person who gives birth to the knowledge is the Guru .
3. The person whose neither the start nor the end is known is called the Guru. Guru knows your capacity and your determination ; so he will guide you .
4. The parents gives birth to the human life but it is Guru who enables him to know the importance of them. Guru always teaches you to do all your work in the right way .
5. The person who keeps always remembering the past is the dreadful ghost of present to the world.

The brief introduction of Avadhoot Baba Mangal Dhan Ram in his own words:
I was born in 1973 A।D। in Nepal-India border area, Tribeni dhaam, near Balmikinagar, a small village, in a Raghu Bansa Kshatriya traditional family। With the kind blessings of my kind hearted loving mother and a religious minded responsible disciplinarian father, I had the opportunity to serve at the lotus feet of Shri Aghoreshwar। As a child my parents taught me the importance of life in this universe and directed me to devote my life in the service of humanity।
After receiving the blessings from Shri Aghoreshwar Mahapravu and his respected mother Maha Maitrayini Yogini, I stayed with his first disciple Aughad Singha Sawak Ram babaji in Girnar Ashram, Dildarnagar, Gazipur. During my stay with my Guru Devjee I had to perform many rituals and sadhana of the aghor tradition under Guru Devjee’s supervision. Guru Devjee then blessed me by giving the “Aghor Sanyas Diksha”. After “Diksha” I was instructed to go to Pashupati region, which is in (Kathmandu) Nepal, for the agayat baas (Secret Sadhana) for one year. After completing this special Sadhana, I was again sent to Mount Girnar, Kamaru Kamakhaya, Tarapeeth, Chhinamasta, Kedarnath, Gangotri, Badrinath, Baisnavdevi, Kanya Kumari, Bindhyachal and Mount Kailash etc.
As per my Guru Devjee’s instructions I chose the Himalayan region to start my sadhana in the service of all the living beings. I have started from the highest peak of the world, the Mount Everest, from which I will spread the Aghoreshwar Mahapravu’s teachings to the rest of the world. The main objective of my life is to show the path to the practioner, disciples and devotees of the Aghoreshwar.
As requested by some devotees for the service to the mankind I thought of establishing the Aghor Ashram in Nepal for the first time with the permission of the government of Nepal. Firstly I started the organization Shree Parameshwari Sewa Kendra on 2053B.S (1996A.D), in which I am the founder patron of the Kendra. The Sudharma Ashram was established in Dhaksi, Kathmandu . The Aghor Sadhana sthal was constructed at the Fulchowki, the highest hill top on the southern side of the Kathmandu Valley.
Then again to help the more needy people of Dhadkhola in Kabhre district, the Pashupati Brahma Nishta Ashram was established as the branch of Shree Parameshwari Sewa Kendra. Other branches were also opened such as “Avadhoot Sthal” in Bharatpur and “Aghor Ashram” in Biratnagar in the Terai region. Shree Ma Guru Nari Samooh was registered in 2059 B.S. (2002A.D) to help the needy and the suffering women and their children. Land has been acquired in Gunsa, in Sindhupalchok district for the construction of an Aghor Kuti fo the upliftment of poor suffering women. It is registered in the name of “Mateshwari Dham”.
All those who helped me in establishing these ashrams, I am indebted to them and I am sure that they will be rewarded somehow for their good work. In reality the achievement of human life is to be self satisfied and to adapt yourself to the people with whom you are living. Have faith in the work you are doing and respecting it will benefit you. This faith in the work will lead to success and that will raise your confidence. If you agree with the work I am doing then I request you to join hands with me to help me in this noble work.
If a human being has a healthy body and a pure mind then he could have an enlightened thought which will lead to making his life simple and organized. I wish all human beings to have simple, organised and a peaceful life. I want to share the elixir of my good feelings with those who lack health, wealth and wisdom so that they will feel my presence even after I am gone.
